While I might be the Thomas Edison of the plumbing industry with over 50 pending or issued patents, I haven't seen a product as simple and necessary in plumbing thus far.
Many homeowners struggle installing the Snap Ring on a Garbage Disposal. For most, it takes two people unnecessarily. ISE would encourage you to purchase their $14 pair of 'Ring King Snap Ring Pliers' to complete the same job as Lorae's .05 part does. Do you think they will put it in their parts bag to make your life easier? Jury is out, but in all likelihood... No! There is no added benefit to them and a nickel out of pocket, so struggle away. We hope Insinkerator will hear enough complaints to change their ways and make it easy to install their garbage disposal.
Some plumbers can manage to install a Snap Ring by themselves (certainly not the ones with big hands or big bodies because you have to be on top of the sink and underneath it at the same time). Have a look and tell us what you think. All comments are welcome. Thanks for your time!
